Installation Environment
- Location: Outdoor installation
- Altitude: ≤ 1000 m above sea level
- Ambient Temperature: -25°C to +40°C
- Relative Humidity: Daily average ≤ 95%, monthly average ≤ 90%
Mechanical Installation
- Mounting: Use designated fixing holes
- Clearance: Maintain electrical clearance and creepage distances per IEC 61869
- Alignment: Align primary conductors through transformer aperture
Electrical Connections
- Primary Terminals: Connect via P1/P2 terminals
- Secondary Terminals: Multi-core configuration per specifications
- Grounding: Ground one point of secondary circuit per IEC 61869
- Burden: Total connected burden ≤ transformer rated limits
Maintenance Schedule
- Daily: Visual inspection for damage
- Monthly: Check connections and terminal tightness
- Quarterly: Verify terminal tightness and grounding
- Annually: Comprehensive performance verification
Safety Requirements
Warning: Secondary circuits must never be left open when energized.
