The JDZ11-3/6/10A and JDZX11-3/6/10G indoor epoxy cast-resin voltage transformers are medium-voltage voltage transformers designed for 3kV, 6kV and 10kV AC power systems. How to Select JDZ11-A or JDZX11-G
Select JDZ11-A models when the project requires phase-to-phase voltage measurement and standard metering voltage output. Select JDZX11-G models when the circuit requires phase-to-ground voltage measurement, residual-voltage detection or a combined metering/protection secondary winding arrangement.
How to Select the Rated Voltage Ratio
Select the voltage transformer according to the system rated voltage. For a 3kV system, select JDZ11-3A or JDZX11-3G. For a 6kV system, select JDZ11-6A or JDZX11-6G. For a 10kV system, select JDZ11-10A or JDZX11-10G. The primary and secondary voltage ratio should match the system voltage and the input rating of connected meters or relays.
How to Select the Accuracy Class
Use class 0.2 or 0.5 for higher-accuracy metering applications. Class 1 may be used for general voltage measurement or indication. Combined accuracy classes such as 0.2/6P, 0.5/6P and 1/6P are used when one secondary circuit is used for metering and another circuit is used for protection.
